Concentration

I co-authored CPS-0033, defining the technical problem of concentrated DRep voting power, drawing on governance research, community discussion and findings from the Cardano State of Governance Report 2026.

Through a 29-commit review cycle, I responded to editor feedback and substantially reframed the statement around ledger rules, CIP-0119 metadata, and wallet and explorer behaviour.

Public review covered scope, admissibility, structure, references and Markdown before triage and merge into the Cardano CIPs repository.
